Описание:
1. Seated rotation - don't push it too far, go with what your body can do for that day, hold for 10 seconds x 6 each side.
2. Supine rotation - both shoulders remain on the ground. 2 minutes each side.
3. Side openers - both hips remain on the ground. 2 minutes each side, or 10 seconds x 6 on each side.
4. Child's pose - decompresses the lower back/entire back. Knees can be under your chest or outside your body. Hold for 2 minutes or longer. The longer the better.
5. Upward puppy - hold for 10 seconds x 6.
6. Upward dog - hold for 10 seconds x 6. or hold it for less time if it's too long for you and have more breaks if needed.
