THE SOUTH DOWNS HIKING TRAIL 2025 (GOODWOOD RACECOURSE, CHARLTON, SOUTH DOWNS & EAST DEAN) (4K)

Описание: A light-hearted “Behind the Scenes” Vlog following my experience at the South Downs Hike Trail Event that was held at Goodwood Racecourse (near Chichester, West Sussex) in November 2025. I was accompanied by my Whippet throughout the hike.

Having completed the 12KM Trail run at the same event in 2024, Fiver & I decided to take on the longer 21KM route …. but in the “Hike” category rather than the “trail run”.

There were nearly 1,000 runners taking part across the three distances (12KM, 18KM & 21KM) and about 50 participating in the “Hike”.

The course started at Goodwood Racecourse and followed a circular-ish route down to the village of Charlton, up to the top of the South Downs, down to the village of East Dean and back up to return to the racecourse.

The video basically follows our journey around the course and included some stunning countryside views.
