Berserk Workout | Fight Like Guts

Описание: First off, I want to say Rest In Power to one of the most legendary anime/manga minds...Kentaro Miura. In today's video we will be going through another Berserk workout. It's time to fight like Guts! We will be using a variety of different fighting combinations base on how I think Guts would fight without his giant sword. We will go through 10 different martial arts/fighting base exercises for this Berserk workout.

Guts is an epitome of a fierce warrior. He is incredibly strong, resilient and loyal to the ppl around him. He has been through crazy hardships and obstacles. And nonetheless still fights the demons that haunt him to this day. So, this anime fighting workout will be based off of him. See what it's like to train and fight like Guts!

So follow along with me as we do this Berserk fighting workout. Based off the legendary and strong willed Guts! Each striking combination will also include an alternate that way you can keep following along with me.
