We are craving for buko pie lately. And therefore, I bake my own version. Sharing here the recipe.
Ingredients:
For Pie Crust:
•1cup Bread Flour (or All Purpose Flour)
•2tbsp Butter
•1/4cup Water
•1g Salt
•3g Sugar
For the Filling:
•1/4cup Coconut Water
•3tbsp Cornstarch
•170 All Purpose Cream
•1/4cup Condensed Milk
•1/4cup Evaporated Milk
•2cups Young Coconut Meat
For Eggwash:
•1 Large Eggyolk
•1tbsp Milk
