Here the FAE PT-175 was not only tasked with clearing house pads for new developments, but also minimizing fire dangers for existing developments in the area by removing fuel ladders, and taking down anything dead, or dying.
Working at upwards of 10,000 ft above sea level, rainfall can move in and moves out quick but can leave the ground saturated for hours
With the PT’s low ground pressure and oscillating tracks it makes it a perfect unit for working steep, wet terrain, while maintaining maximum productivity on land clearing applications
