In this ProveIt! 2026 demo, Prosys OPC presents a complete end-to-end solution built around standardized information models, Unified Namespace principles, and real industrial data.

The demo connects Prosys Forge, an industrial DataOps platform, to ProveIt OPC UA Servers and an MQTT broker. It demonstrates how heterogeneous data from multiple enterprises can be harmonized, structured, and made usable using a combination of standardized and custom OPC UA information models and CESMII Smart Manufacturing Profiles.

Each enterprise is modeled differently to reflect real-world variation:
• Enterprise B is modeled using a custom OPC UA information model structured as a Unified Namespace
• Enterprise C data is mapped to the standard PA-DIM OPC UA model used in process automation
• OEE data across enterprises is harmonized using the CESMII OEE Profile
• Enterprise A introduces an additional use case presented during the live demo

Once harmonized and enriched, the data is published to MQTT using Forge’s UNS Publisher, which automatically generates the topic structure based on the OPC UA address space.

To make the data actionable, it is visualized using Grafana, including both historical OEE trends and real-time process values integrated directly into PI diagrams.

Together, these components demonstrate how standardized data modeling enables scalable, interoperable, and enterprise-ready industrial architectures in practice.
