This episode is all about rescue. We save a Sabb 1 cylinder diesel engine from the scrapyard an old piece of machinery that was sitting in a flooded boat, close to being lost forever. Removing the engine turns out to be quite a challenge, but in the end, we manage to get it out. Luckily, this piece of history has been saved.

The Sabb 1 cylinder from the G series, a true low RPM engine, is now heading toward a second life… but the big question remains can we bring her back to life?

Alongside the rescue, we spend time cleaning up the yard and end the day the right way with a proper campfire, with a little help from Jason. A great way to wrap up a day full of hard work.

A true rescue episode this week. No Dutch fishing trawler this time, but don’t worry there will definitely be new footage of the project in the next episode.
