HOW DID I GET BANNED FROM WARFRAME? - [Channel Update]

I really didn't want to make this video, but I don't know what I should do. They never told me what the exact problem was and mentioned the issue could be graphical enhancements, network issues, hardware bans, etc. If you look at the tickets in the video I tried everything to get a better explanation from DE with no luck, I even reviewed my own log files! It could be as simple as removing the plugin which I already did but the potential of it being something else scares me from testing it.

Please any information helps, please let me know what you think or if you have advice on my situation, Thanks!
