This is a fondant icing made with sugar, water and glucose. I’m planning on using it for coffee slices. It would also be good for coffee eclairs
If you want this Icing thicker just keep mixing it in the bowl with the ice water underneath
You can color this and flavor it any way you like. It solidifies when it cools down. Just reheat it in the microwave to make it spreadable again
400g Granulated Sugar
100g Water
55g Glucose
