A *dynamic dropdown* that updates automatically when you add new options to your database
A required checkbox for terms & conditions

3. *Dynamic Dropdown Magic* – Instead of hardcoding options, I’ll show you how to pull them live from a database. Add a new item (like "purple"), refresh, and boom—it’s there!

4. *Personalized Thank-You Pages* – After submission, users see a custom confirmation page with their details, making the experience feel tailored.

5. *Saving Data Automatically* – Every submission gets stored in your database, so you never lose track of user inputs.
