Ingredients:
3 pounds Asian Pumpkin
1/2 All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2-3 Tablespoons Palm Sugar
2 packages of Vanilla Powder
1 Can Coconut Milk (13.5 Oz or some can comes in 14 Oz)
8 whole eggs ( the real recipe used only egg yolks )
6-10 Fresh or Pandan Leaves
I made this pumpkin recipe twice and both times cracked. Either the heat was still high or steam too long.
The most important part is, just make sure you check your custard, make sure it cooked well.
Mine cracked but still taste wonderful.
