Nearly there with this big upgrade to my electric car conversion! In this video I finish the coupler connecting my Mitsubishi Outlander rear electric motor and the BMW gearbox, as well as making up all the remaining parts of the adaptor plate are. Along the way I make mistakes (measuring is clearly not my strong suit) and fix them.
A little more work to do in the back yard metal shop after this, then everything will go over to the workshop for test fitting to my second Z3. There we can work out motor mounts, cooling, and brackets for the power steering and brake booster pumps.
