• Engineering for optimum strength. The HookLoada HL180 chassis is reinforced with high strength Hardox 450 steels to maximise strength and durability, leading to a reliable and long life hook lift trailer. By using only high strength steels, we have managed to refine the amount of steel used which minimises the tare weight and maximise the payload.
• Ultra-low tare weight. HookLoada HL180 has an extremely low tare weight (circa 5 tonnes) from the extensive use of high strength steels (Hardox 450 and Weldox) in the construction. With high strength steels and several ultra-light aluminium components, Stronga were able to reduce the tare weight further while optimising payload, strength and durability.
• It’s lower than previous designs. The Evo hook lift trailer ultra-low roller height offers the smallest uploading angle to maximise stability and minimise the power required to upload containers. The market-leading 52° tipping angle ensures superb heaping ability and excellent material ejection, leading to reduced blockages and clean emptying.
• Kick-start efficiency with extra-long containers. The market-leading HL180 hook lift trailer now accepts even longer containers than the standard HL180 design. HookLoada allows the professional operator to load 7100mm long containers for extended efficiency and productivity, all day every day.
• Supplying the customer with well-proven components. Stronga only use tried and tested components in all of our products. That is why the HookLoada HL180 comes fitted as standard with reliable and long life Nokian Country King or Michelin radial tyres with low ground pressure and excellent self-cleaning properties.

In summary, the HookLoada HL180 innovation is now stronger, lighter, lower and able to accept longer containers than previous HookLoada designs. The chassis is made stronger and lighter through extensive use of ultra-light, extra-strong steels and lighter aluminium components.

The lower design improves stability and lowers the pick-up angle, leading to an increased height capacity for extra efficiency. With new optional equipment, the hook tower stroke is now 25% longer, ensuring increased bulk container capacity.
