This week we were lucky enough to have an absolutely beautiful day, not blowing more than 5mph. We decided to take this opportunity to go out to the reef with our local friend, Tanique, to spearfish for our dinner! With crystal clear water, it does not take long for us to secure plenty of hogfish and grouper, using a pole spear and Hawaiian sling! Once we get home and let the dogs out, Jake walks you through his process of cleaning the fish!
