Описание: This is a micro documentary about Kyle Thompson, who is a fifth generation dairy farmer from Barneveld, WI. He tragically lost part of his leg in a silo auger accident. This short film documents the events of his rescue, subsequent medical care and adaptation to life as a farmer and father of 4 with a prosthetic leg. Kyle's ability to stay positive and willingness to move move forward past this accident is an inspiring story. His wife Karlee was his North Star through out the whole process and did an amazing job of documenting everything. We worked with Karlee and Kyle to create this sort film about their story. Thank you to WMTV NBC 15 in Madison, WI for doing such an amazing job documenting this story in real time. We use portions from two of their broadcasts to help tell this story along with the words straight from Kyle's mouth. Kyle aims to use this movie along with an in person presentation to provide inspiration to others and education about the importance of safety on a farm.
