🎮 Silent Hill 2 has been one of my all-time favorite video games since childhood. Back then, I didn’t fully realize how much the music impacted me. But when I later got my hands on the full soundtrack, I fell in love with Yamaoka's atmospheric, emotional, and deeply layered compositions.

You may also recognize this theme from its use in the Silent Hill movie (2006), and even from fan-favorite projects like Uncanny Phase 83 — proof of how timeless and far-reaching this music has become.
