I was making dinner and thought I'd do a review on the can of Yoders beef chunks that I had laying around for a while. I had intended to review it earlier but hadn't gotten around to it until today.
I was very pleased with the taste and texture of the beef and as an added bonus you can make gravy out of the juices. And since it's canned, you can easily scoop the fat off the top before cooking it or making gravy. It's actually cooked already and it doesn't taste at all bad straight out of the can but it's very tasty after you brown the meat.
You could make excellent beef stew out of this.
