When I booked this place, we were convinced I’d picked a beautiful little boutique resort with “Klumpu” in the name. In our heads we were already picturing the dreamy villas, lush gardens, and luxury vibes of the Klumpu Bali Resort in Sanur.
Turns out… I hadn’t actually booked that one.
Somewhere between searching, comparing, and clicking “reserve,” we ended up with a different place entirely — still nice, just not quite the same upmarket resort we thought we’d found. Classic travel planning moment.
In this video we show you the reality of where we stayed, what it’s actually like, and whether it still ended up being a good choice. Sometimes the best travel stories start with a small mistake.
