Описание: Adrift is an hour-long visual meditation experience that combines my passions for nature, art and medicine. Being in nature is healing. It relaxes, inspires and centers. Recognizing that not all of us can just get away, I made this film so that everyone can enjoy a little virtual time immersed in the beauty of nature. Turn it on for your qigong / yoga / meditation practice, or for a break from work /life!

The visuals were captured from my 13 trips to Iceland over the past 6 years. It is combined with relaxing music that incorporates binaural beats to help transport you to a deeper state of relaxation.
