Congress Vice President, Rahul Gandhi has rejected the report saying that everybody knows the reality of the ease of doing business in India and further added that Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley is in a self-congratulatory mode. Arun Jaitley hit back at Rahul Gandhi saying that difference between UPA and NDA is that the ease of doing corruption has been replaced by the ease of doing business.
