Beetroot Cutlet is a popular street food from India. You can get anywhere in the streets especially in the evening time. Beetroot Cutlet made from Beetroot, Carrot, Potatoes, Peanuts, Fried Coconut, Coriander leaves and other aromatic spices get cooked and coated with breadcrumbs then deep fried till golden brown and served with any kind of Chutney or Sauce. Its crunchy from outside and soft from inside. The Beetroot cutlet tastes Sweet and Salty. Being loaded with vegetables it's great for evening snack. The best combination of Beetroot cutlet is with Chai. This is an easy and simple cutlet recipe yet healthy and awesome taste.

Ingredients:
Beetroot - 2 Nos
Carrot - 2 Nos
Potatoes - 4 Medium size
Raw Coconut - 20 gm
Green chillies - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Peanut Dry Roasted - 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves
Panch Phoron - 1 tsp
(Panch Phoron mixed of Cumin seed, Fennel seed,Nigella Seed,Fenugreek seed,Carom seed)
Homemade Garam Masala - 1.5 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Raisin - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
For Slurry and Coating
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Water for make Slurry - 1/2 cup
Black pepper - 1 pinch
Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
