Multicolored Mathri is made from beetroot and Spinach. We mixed Maida, atta and suji for mathri dough. This mathari is easy to make and tastes good. It is very colourful with no artificial colours and also liked by everyone even children.
Ingredients:-
maida - 500gm
suji - 250gm
wheat flour - 250 gm
spinach - 1 bunch
beetroot - 1 big size
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - according to taste
chilli flakes - according to taste
carom seeds- 1 1/2 tsp
peanut oil - 250gm
lukewarm water - approx. 300 ml
