The Route and Landmarks
The journey starts with the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From there, the trail passes through several key stops:

Phakding: The first night on the trail.

Namche Bazaar: The historic Sherpa capital used for vital acclimatization.

Tengboche: Home to the famous monastery with panoramic views of Ama Dablam.

Dingboche and Lobuche: The higher altitude sections where the terrain becomes more rugged.

Gorak Shep: The final settlement before reaching the base camp at 5364 meters.

Trek Safety and Preparation
Properly managing altitude is the most important part of any Nepal trek. In this video, you will see how we incorporate acclimatization days in Namche Bazaar and Dingboche to ensure the safety of our guests. We recommend a slow and steady pace to allow your body to adjust to the decreasing oxygen levels.
