Описание: This video describes the basic mechanisms governing coronary blood flow; the relationship between myocardial work and myocardial oxygen consumption; myocardial oxygen demand/delivery matching, metabolic regulation; ventricular-vascular mechanical interactions; and epi- versus endocardial flow patterns. Learning objectives are: (1.) the gross vascular supply and venous drainage of the heart; (2.) understanding how diastolic perfusion pressure, systolic compression, metabolic control, and neural control affect coronary blood flow; (3.) the determinants of myocardial oxygen demand; and (4.) understanding the how systolic compression affects blood flow in the endocardial and epicardial regions of the ventricular walls.
