Ghana: Teachers in rural communities

Описание: The Kwahu Afram Plains North Assembly has put in place special motivational packages for Teachers who accept postings to the rural communities especially the Islands which cover almost sixty percent of the district. The measure is to bridge the Teacher - Pupil gap in those areas. It was announced at a Reading Festival organised by the Ghana Education Service under the auspices of the United Nations International Children Fund (UNICEF).
