Doing C0 Eula vs C5 Crowned Razor comparison with same artifact and weapon. Idk this is a fair test or nah, I will let you to judge.
This test done without pyro resonance, food buff and unrealistic stat (some people from my previous video seems having a problem because of that kek).
Why Prototype instead of Snow Tombed? Because Razor cant proc cryo status to enemies while Eula can.
