Our sleep-enhancing tea is crafted from simple ingredients, including Basil leaves or peppermint leaves, Valerian root powder, and nutmeg. Consuming this tea about an hour before bedtime can work wonders for your sleep quality.

Recipe
To create this soothing brew, you'll need just a few ingredients:
1 tsp. Valerian root powder
A handful of basil leaves or peppermint leaves
A pinch of nutmeg powder
Boil a glass of water and add Valerian root powder and your choice of basil or peppermint
leaves. Let it simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse into the water.
Finally, add a pinch of nutmeg and turn off the stove. Strain and serve your delicious
sleep-enhancing tea. Each ingredient in this tea offers unique benefits to relax your body and
mind:
Valerian root promotes relaxation and improves sleep quality.
Basil and peppermint leaves have calming properties, regulating cortisol levels, reducing
