Luxury Fine Dining in the Canadian Rockies | Everything I ate at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Описание: When we stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, we were treated like absolute royalty. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was friendly too. I definitely think that most of the places we ate at were worth the price, and I want to take you along on the food tour of my dreams!

There were a variety of food places within the canadian rockies castle that were to DIE for, and one that was a total miss. I hope you enjoy this food tour as much as I enjoyed making it!

Just a quick note about the fairview tea time. I definitely will not ever eat here again, simply because we got rude service. We made the mistake of reserving our afternoon tea on open table instead of through the hotel. Maybe we were ignored while waiting on our reservation because the staff thought that we were day visitors ( still doesn't make it right). However when we were able to give a room number (upon request), the whole demeanor changed.

There were other things that happened during the meal that gave me a bad taste, but when I spoke with management they were really nice and reassuring, so no big deal I guess. Just listen to your gut when going here.
