HOW TO MAKE CRISPY TOFU RECIPE:

Take one block of EXTRA FIRM TOFU and press the water out for 15 minutes, as shown in the video.
Cube up the tofu and sprinkle with 3 TBL of corn starch in a bowl
Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Gently stir until the corn starch coats the tofu
Heat a skillet on medium heat with 2-3TBl of oil
Let the skillet heat up for 1-2 minutes with the oil
Place the tofu in and don't touch it for 5 minutes. If you touch it before it's created a crispy crust, it will stick to the pan
Turn the tofu onto another side and cook for 5 minutes. Set a timer and repeat this on each side.
You can then put this crispy tofu in to a salad, buddha bowl or curry.
OR
You can add your favorite sauce to the tofu in the pan
Stir the tofu around so it's completely coated in the sauce
Keep stirring occasionally and cooking the tofu until it crisps back up again....this will take about another 5 minutes or so.
