1 Egg Yolk
Slivered Almonds
Chopped Almonds
Ingredient For Filling:
Strawberry & Black Raspberry Jam
or Strawberry Jam or Black Raspberry Jam

مواد لازم:
تخم مرغ ۱ عدد
روغن مایع ۸۰ گرم
آرد ۳۶۰ گرم
نمک یک پنس
بکینگ پودر ۲ گرم
پودر قند ۱۰۰ گرم
پودر بادام ۱۱۰ گرم
کره نرم شده ۱۰۰ گرم
پودر وانیلی ۱ قاشق چایخوری
مواد لازم برای رومال:
زرده تخم مرغ ۱ عدد
پودر وانیل ۱/۴ قاشق چایخوری
خلال بادام
بادام خرد شده
مواد لازم برای وسط کوکی ها:
مربای توت فرنگی یا مربای تمشک
یا مربای تمشک توت فرنگی
من از مربای ترکیبی تمشک و توت فرنگی استفاده کردم
