Single Phase ACCL Automatic Changeover Wiring Full Practical | Home Generator Connection
The image shows a wiring diagram for a single-phase automatic changeover with a current limiter (ACCL) for a home with a generator.
The diagram illustrates how the main power from the 220V energy meter is routed through a 2P MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) and then to the ACCL.
A generator is also connected to the ACCL. The ACCL automatically switches the electrical load from the main power supply to the generator when the main power fails.
When the main power is restored, the ACCL automatically switches the load back from the generator to the main supply.
The ACCL also has a current limiting function, which cuts off the supply if the current exceeds a permitted limit, protecting the generator from overload
