It can be a little bit fiddly and the hoops have a mind of their own sometimes, but hopefully this video will help you get it done in no time. Particularly if you're concerned your hoop is too big for your underskirt -- it can seem that way when you first try to put it in. But in this video we will show you how to pass the hoop through to the other side and start to overlap both ends of the hoop for a stronger support for your dress and its many many layers!
