蓮藕 300克、薑絲 5克、蔥絲 10克、乾辣椒 3克、
鹽 ½茶匙、食油 1湯匙、糖 1茶匙、醋 1茶匙

Dried Chilli 3g, Salt ½tsp, Cooking Oil 1tbsp,
