Sonia shares the 3 MAIN ELEMENTS it takes to actually take the first step into the direction to experience a growth mindset and achieve your goals.

Sonia went from rock bottom, through divorced, single mom of two tittle toddlers having to move from Thailand back in Europe, with no perspective and no income and financially in debt to being a successful mindset coach thriving financially by helping people to empower themselves and get results.


There are THREE IMPORTANT ELEMENTS that it takes to get to the next level:

1. Awareness – not living by default but to be aware of where you are and what you want in life. 
2. Intentionality – Be specific on where you are heading – it takes goal setting to experience a sense of satisfaction upon achieving them. 
3. Reach out for help and be inspired by people who have already been down that road. 

The thoughts we think, leading to  -＞ the emotions we feel resulting in -＞ the actions we subsequently take = YOUR LIFE!

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
