How does this course work?
This mini-course is divided into 2 sections. In Section A, you will be learning about “Chinese Dining Etiquette” through a PowerPoint presentation.
In section B, you are going to learn how to make “Healthy Asian Cuisine” specializing in Chinese Malaysian food. In this section, you will be guided with easy to follow step-by-step video instructions from how to gather and prepare your cooking ingredients to how to cook the dish.
Lessons for all dishes are accompanied by a downloadable recipe that you can print. To begin, make sure you get ready with all the ingredients before you start making the dish.
