“Looking back at the Ashara Mubaraka event, it’s going to be a legacy for London, it's going to be legacy for my children, it’s going to be something which Londoners are going to talk about for the rest of their lives, and something we are going to be proud of. It is the first time it’s been done, and hopefully, it’s not the last,” expressed Tasneem Pisavadi, a mother of three from the Dawoodi Bohras of the United Kingdom.
Tasneem was in charge of the HR department for the Ashara Mubaraka event in London, which saw upwards of 12,500 Dawoodi Bohras from all parts of the world attend sermons of their leader, His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin.
