Case builds against accused Charlie Kirk shooter, Tyler Robinson

Описание: The foundation of a death penalty case against Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, is starting to take shape, but the strategy prosecutors will use remains unclear.
With dozens of videos, eyewitnesses numbering in the thousands, and a public shooting that left a crowd stunned, the case could go in several directions.
“The atmosphere was just electric,” said Beck Dishman, vice president of the Turning Point USA chapter at Utah Valley University. Dishman had helped organize the event and was working at a tent about 100 yards away when the shooting happened.
