This guide was made in the start of 8.3 and everyone just had rank 2 Breath of the Dying, so want to update and say that nowadays I pretty much always pick breath rank 3 over flame as the dmg is quite alot better if you can manage to use it above 80% hp for the low cd ty for all the support on this vid
