Requirements for occupational first aid have been in place for almost 20 years with minimal changes. Effective November 1, 2024, OH&S regulation updates for occupational first aid in BC workplaces are changing. Employers need to be aware and implement required first aid updates including: first aid kit contents aligned with Canadian Standards Association (CSA); conducting first aid assessments to establish workplace first aid requirements; first aid recertification; and test first aid drills/procedures. This 90-minute webinar consists of 60-minute content followed by a 30-minute Q&A.
