Join me for a speeded up point of view run at Hartlepool parkrun.
This was their 542nd event and my 151st.
Hartlepool parkrun is held along the seafront starting in Seaton Carew heading North to Hartlepool South Pier before returning along the seafront for 2k to the outskirts of Seaton Carew. So and out 3km and then 2k back. The course is as flat as they come, with a wide start and on tarmac/concrete blocks, so ideal for pb's. Although the concrete is a bit tough on the feet.
We drove, and there is a big car park about half a mile from the start, of you can get public transport, busses or trains into Seaton Carew itself with trains from Middlesborough or Newcastle on a local branch line.
