A Not So Happy Life Update | Addie's Leukemia Diagnosis

Описание: I filmed this video on September 10th and here we are 6 days later and again our lives have changed. We had to say goodbye to Mr. Jakers last night after he went in for Emergency Surgery to stop internal bleeding. His organs were covered in masses and they found that he had Hemangiosarcoma which is an aggressive and awful form of cancer in dogs. The crazy thing is is that Jake was with me the entire time I filmed this video update about Addie, when most of the time he is downstairs laying on the cold floor. They always say dogs have a sense of what is going on, and I definitely think he knew Addie was sick, the same way he knew it would be a hard video for me to make, and why he was by my side for the entire thing. As you all know, he was my baby and my first love. Life will never be the same without him. Thank you all for loving him through my videos throughout the years...if only he knew just how loved he was.

On the otherhand, the same day we got the devesating call about Jake, we received a phone call from Addie's Oncologist that her bone marrow biopsy results showed 0 leukemia cells, and shared with us that Addie is in remission! Its crazy how extreme life can be and change in the matter of hours.

Thank you for all of your continued support and prayers. You guys make it a little easier to breathe when I need to come up for air. xo
