Jake and Nicole are starting their family off the grid in the rainforests of Western Canada. We have lived in a yurt and now a mini bunk log cabin for almost 3 years. We are trying to get off the rent, water, power, food, and transport grid! In this episode Nicole leaves and Jake must survive alone in the temperate West Coast rainforest for nearly 3 weeks among the wolf, bear, cougar, dense vegetation, and inclement weather which surrounds him 24/7! Trying to make garden arbors and trellising from the logs on our property. Starting our Kiwi forest in this episode and building a kiwi garden pergola start to finish! Enjoy!
