2- The mission and objectives should be consisted with the college and University’s mission and objectives [ Evidence: Consistency table of the keywords of mission and objectives]
3- Based on Objectives, the program should consider the following:
Educational Objectives: PLOs, teaching strategies, assessment methods (direct and indirect), KPIs (Employers and graduates’ feedback) , committees (Organizational flowchart) [Evidence: Program specifications, course specifications, Annual program report and improvement plan]
Operational Objectives: KPIs (research: publication and citation, community service), College and University KPIs: linked to the college or University’s strategic Goals [Evidence: Operational Plan, Annual program report, Follow up plan, measured KPIs with analysis: strength, improvement point and priority of improvement,..]
4- The mission and objectives are monitored for achievement using clear mechanism (PLOs and KPIs results that linked to objectives). The feedback form stakeholders and advisory board, national vision, specific requirements by accreditation, internal and external reviewing results. The result of monitoring is to update the mission and objectives regularly based on needs.
