The town's haunted reputation dates back to the 19th century when Kapunda was a bustling mining town, with miners coming from all over the world to seek their fortunes.

We take you around town showing you the historic buildings, art trail, town shops, and the historic Kapunda mine.

Kapunda is home to Map the minor, one of Australia's 'Big Things', standing at 7 metres high.

We’re living the part-time van life, with our Ford Transit campervan (and occasional tent camping with our trusty Jimny in tow), and exploring new places every week. From free and paid campsites to the occasional Airbnb stays, we’ve got tips and tricks to make life on the road fun and easy. Oh, and of course, we’ve got our furry companion, Twyla the cavoodle, along for the ride!
