Incorporated in 1995, Macrotech Developers [Formerly known as Lodha Developers] is the largest real estate developer in India. The company is primarily engaged in affordable residential real estate developments and in 2019, it entered into the development of logistics and industrial parks and also develop commercial real estate.

Lodha is India’s largest real estate developer by residential sales value for the financial years 2014 to 2020 and the second largest developer by area delivered*. The company has clocked sales of approximately INR 6,570 crores with gross collections of over approximately INR 8,190 crores for FY 19-20 and has recorded a completed developable area of 15.65 Million sq ft.
Lodha successfully delivered a staggering 19,670 homes in FY 17-18 and FY 18-19, of which 15,800 homes were delivered before time, i.e. every 4 out of 5 homes were delivered before time.
