At the Father Daughter Journey, we seek to make it much easier to navigate this challenging time. Ellen Schmitz wrote the Father Daughter Journey from the perspective of a teenage girl, hoping to give Dads some insight into the internal conflicts that their Daughter's are facing.

It is a struggle to embrace the changing role of the Father. When your Daughter was young, you were her Hero and she was your Little Princess. Our Thesis:
Dads must cultivate an intentional relationship, with their Daughters, especially during the 520 window, the 520 weeks between their Daughter's 11th and 21st birthdays so that their Daughters become the empowered, strong, capable women Fathers want them to be and Fathers can enjoy a lifelong relationship with their Daughters as the World's Greatest Dad.
