Muga Pitha is a traditional Odia breakfast made with moong dal and rice.
This healthy, oil-free pitha is soft, light on the stomach, and perfect for morning or evening tea.
Prepared the old-fashioned way, just like our elders used to make.
🧂 Ingredients
Sprouts-1 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup (chopped)
Beetroot -1/4 cup (chopped)
Onion-1 cup (chopped)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves- 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2tsp
Gratted Ginger
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Sesame seeds for garnishing
