What is Preventive Detention, and why does the Indian Constitution allow detention without trial? What constitutional safeguards protect individuals against arbitrary detention?
In this session of UPPCS Concept Masterclass, we explore the concept of Preventive Detention under Article 22 of the Indian Constitution, its constitutional provisions, legal framework, objectives, and significance in maintaining national security and public order.
