From my last two posts on Facebook and on Instagram, I have received so many messages and comments with questions regarding the method I use and the equipment so I thought I’d make a 10 minute in-depth video showing my process.
The materials in the video are 22mm Hidrofugo Rails and Stiles with a 9mm centre panels. The rails and stiles are 80mm wide.
I had the 80mm strips cut from my local timber supplier on their computer controlled vertical panel saw for 50p per cut. It saves me a lot of time, it’s very accurate and means I don’t have to man handle a full sheet on 22mm Finsa on my own!
The glue I use is Titebond II
