• 500g All-purpose flour (Maida)

• 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp Raisins (Kishmish)
For Sugar Syrup (Chasni):
• 300g Sugar (approx 1.5 cups)
• 3/4 cup Water
• 3-4 Green cardamom (crushed)
• Pistachios (finely chopped)
• Few saffron strands
